The Treehouse Bar & Grill is a country-pub-style bar and restaurant in Chayofa, the quiet hillside village in the hills above Los Cristianos. It bills itself as a cosy country pub, and with its balconies, back garden terrace and pool table it feels very different from the bars down on the seafront.
Live entertainment is a big draw, with music several nights a week, Friday live music, DJ nights, occasional tribute acts and a free salsa class on Wednesdays. Football and rugby are shown on screen, and the music can get loud on busy nights.
Food runs from lighter snacks in the afternoon to a full grill menu later on, with BBQ ribs, burgers, nachos, curries, fish and chips and Sunday roasts all mentioned by visitors. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options, and bottomless drinks offers appear from time to time. It is a good choice if you are staying in Chayofa or fancy a change from Los Cristianos.
