The Auditorio de Tenerife
The striking white Auditorio de Tenerife on the Santa Cruz seafront, designed by Santiago Calatrava, is the island’s main concert hall, with classical, opera, dance and touring shows. It’s worth a visit for the building alone.
Summer fiestas and free concerts
Almost every town holds summer fiestas with free open-air concerts, often with well-known Spanish and Latin artists. Look for posters in town or check the town hall’s website.
Live music every night
If you’d rather just find a band, the resorts have live music in bars every night of the year — rock and pop covers, tribute acts, soul singers and acoustic duos. Tonight’s listings are below; see also our live music bars guide.
